The reason this Jean Patou item is special for me is because in 1972 when I was a young woman in New York (I am now 75 years old) I bought Jean Patou 1000 Perfume. It was delicious! It became my perfume exclusively; I also wore their shower gel, deodorant and anything 1000. Then one unfortunate day, I went to buy it again and was told that the perfume no longer existed. I tried 1000 Eau de Parfum instead, but I miss the real perfume. Ever since, I have been on a hunt for vintage 1000 Parfum. It is getting rearer and rearer to find it. But whenever I see Jean Patou products, I can;t help to be attracted to them. That's why I am ordering this deodorant. Who do I have to beg to have Jean Patou produce 1000 Parfum again?????
